Patient Services (COVID-19)


Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic all patient requests for services have temporarily changed. Please find more information below on how to request particular services:

 

Clinical requests – (GP appointments etc.)

 

All patient clinical requests are to be triaged by a clinician through eConsult. To complete an eConsult please click on the following link: Clinical Request

 

If you do not have internet access, please call the practice on 0151 902 0030 and a member of staff will complete an eConsult on your behalf. A clinician will review your request and we will aspire to get back to you within 24hrs.

 

We can book appointments with our nurses for the following:

 

  • Smears
  • B12 Injections
  • Baby Immunisations

 

Admin requests – (Fit Notes, Blood Tests, Letters or Other)

Prescription Requests

 

Repeat Medication – If you require REPEAT medication which you take regularly, please download the NHS App where you can order your repeat medication without coming into practice. To download the NHS App please click here. A valid form of ID is required to register for the NHS App so please have this to hand. Once requested, your prescription will automatically be sent to your nominated pharmacy. If you do not have a nominated pharmacy, please complete this online form to let us know which pharmacy that is.

 

If you are aged 65+, housebound or a carer you can order your repeat medication over the phone by calling 0151 902 0030. 

 

Acute Medication – If you require medication which you do not take on a regular basis or you think you may need medication for a specific condition such as back pain, mental health concerns, coughs or more – Please click on the following link to complete an eConsult: Clinical Request

A clinician will review your request and we will aspire to get back to you within 24hrs.
